1. How long does it take to process an order?

It takes 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared for shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page. We strive to process your order the same day whenever possible. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed during the next business days.

2. What about shipping?

We ship within the continental U.S (CONUS) via USPS First Class Package Service. Shipping time varies depending on your location. The USPS quotes, but does not guaranteed, 1-3 business days for domestic delivery of First Class Package  Please check your tracking number to see the latest status of your package.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping.

4. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, USPS will ship to P.O. Boxes.

5. What happens if my package is lost?

Please contact USPS immediately at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm.

Once the order leaves our facility, it is beyond our control what happens with the package.  While we will do our best to resolve shipping problems, you'll have a better chance of locating a lost package by contacting the carrier directly, who will reach out to the actual delivery driver on your route. The sooner you contact the carrier, the higher the chance of recovering your package.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. Please allow 24 hours for this tracking information to update.

7.  How do I apply a promo code?

You can apply your promo code at checkout.  Only one promo code will be allowed.  

8.  Will there be guaranteed shipping by Christmas?

We do not guaranteed shipping by Christmas; however, we do promise to ship your order within 1-2 business days during the holidays.  The best and safest way to make sure you get your items on-time is to order ahead of time.  

9.  Was your package lost, stolen, or damaged?

10.  Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we have a 30 day warranty on all of our products.  You can read more about it HERE.

11.  How do I redeem my gift card?

You can redeem your gift card by entering its unique code at checkout.  This code isn't case sensitive.  A gift card holds a balance which can be spent over more than one order.  Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which include taxes and shipping.  

12.  Can I use more than one gift card at checkout?

Yes, you may use more than one gift card at checkout.

13.  How long do I have to use my Gift Card?

Gift cards are valid for 5 years from date of purchase.
