What is your return policy?

If you are not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. 

Shipping costs are not refundable and there is a $4.00 restocking fee deducted for all returns.

If you would like to return your item, please email the tracking number of your return package to and let us know you are sending a return and a brief explanation of the reason for your return, so that we are aware of the incoming package.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

What items are not eligible for return?

  • Any sale and clearance items
  • Earrings
  • Gift Cards

How do you process returns if I received the jewelry as a gift?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Who is responsible for the cost of the return?

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

What is your exchange policy?

We do not have a formal exchange policy. If you would like to exchange something for a different color, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our website for the item you would like to receive in exchange. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


We offer a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects or the setting malfunctions due to normal wear or tear.  Damage incurred by the owner of the jewelry will not be covered.  Once your jewelry has been received  and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your warrantied item.  If it is approved, we will exchange the item.  Refunds will not be issued.  Customer covers shipping of the item.  

We offer an extended warranty that covers normal wear and tear, plating issues, and stone loss for an additional 6 months from the date-of-purchase.  You may purchase your extended warranty HERE.
