This extended warranty provides an additional 6 months of coverage from date of purchase against manufacturer defects or the setting malfunctions with normal wear or tear or plating issues. Damage incurred by the owner of the jewelry will not be covered. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your warrantied item. If it is approved, we will exchange the ring. Refunds will not be issued for warrantied item(s). Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) for inspection.
